Raising the Eagle Banner: My Base Is a Little Too Big

Ye Ling transmigrates to a parallel world and arrives in Eagleland. From the start, he gets a Base Expansion System and becomes the mayor of a small town.

Ye Ling: "A Base Expansion System? Isn't that basically building a..."

Well, with a System, what's there to be afraid of? Roll up my sleeves and get to work.

First, a modest goal: I'll be crowned king at the White House within a year!

Food, clothing, housing, and transportation: as mayor, I'll let my hundred thousand residents buy it all for free.

Development funds? I'll take out online loans. Why should I repay money I borrowed with my own skills?

From mayor to city mayor, then governor, until the Fourth Civil War breaks out...

What do I care about planes and artillery? My mechs will crush them all.

Years later:

Facing the president, he says, "Mr. President, I've established my own base here. Step down. I'm going to be crowned king!"

Across the ocean, the Rabbit, already under pressure from Eagleland, is utterly stunned to hear about a base spanning 9.29 million square kilometers.
