The Kanto region happened to be in the same town as him, and he turned into a caterpillar. He still didn't know why he had the feathers of the Phoenix King. Later, as a Baddie, some high-level Pokémon looked down on Baddie, seeing how he slapped everyone in the face. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
