A mysterious rift in time and space appears in the world of immortality, and Kamen Rider Emperor Kamen Yashi falls out of it. He has a strange shape and exudes a sense of technology. He looks out of place in this land of immortals and demons. Immortal cultivators are wary and curious about him, and both good and evil have their own agendas. Kadoya Shi transforms into fighting with the Imperial Cavalry Driver, and makes friends such as the swordsman boy and the medicine girl. However, an evil ancient force has set its sights on his drive. In order to protect the world of immortals and his friends, Kadoya Shi embarks on a road of confrontation, and finally combines the power of the Imperial Cavalry with spiritual power to defeat evil. However, although he has found a way to return home, he can no longer leave this fantasy world.
