After Ten Years in the Cold, I Took the Civil Service Exam, Then Took Down Showbiz

Top student Lin Yu transmigrates and discovers that an entertainment company has kept him on the shelf for ten years.

They won't let Lin Yu take any work to make a living, and when he tries to terminate his contract, he's told he has to pay a staggering 100 million yuan in penalties!

You want to play dirty with me?

Lin Yu decides to fight back. He immediately signs up for the national civil service exam, aces the written tests in administrative aptitude and essay writing, and earns a perfect score that gets him through the interview and evaluation. He becomes a full-fledged civil servant on the spot.

After securing his unconditional release from the contract, Lin Yu sets about drafting eight measures to clean up the industry's chaos, reform regulations, and purify the entertainment world.

His former company, Huayi Entertainment, evades taxes? We'll hit them with a massive tax bill and fines!

The company's films use secret double contracts? Confiscate their illegal gains! No exceptions!

They use opium and think they'll get away with a mere blacklist? That's a crime, and they'll be hauled off in cuffs!

Unspoken rules? Bribery? Outrageous appearance fees for traffic stars? Nepotism...? Not one of them gets away!
