American Comics: A Historian Explains Cthulhu from the Start

When Lin Yan wakes up, he discovers that he has somehow transmigrated into the incredibly dangerous Marvel Universe. He's become a historian and is about to take the stage to praise America's glorious history of the past century.

Wait! The country was founded only a little over two hundred years ago, and has no cultural heritage to speak of. What's so glorious about its history? The slave trade, or massacring the native inhabitants?

Just as Lin Yan is feeling thoroughly unwilling, he suddenly awakens the Cthulhu Mythos Education System. As long as he tells others about the Cthulhu Mythos, the things he explains become real, and he gains their power.

What's there to say about American history? Let me tell you about the myths and legends of the ancient past instead!

Cthulhu, Lord of R'lyeh, slumbering in the endless depths of the sea.

Hastur, the King in Yellow, standing tall among the distant stars.

Thanos: "When did Earth get all these terrifying evil gods? Compared to them, I'm a nobody!"

OOA: "Can someone tell me what Azathoth is? Why did he defeat me in my own universe in an instant?!"
