Seafaring: One Thunder Spear Takes Down Enel

After transmigrating as a new Navy recruit, Tuo Yu gains the Meditation System. As long as he meditates, he can gain insights into new skills.

During spear-throwing drills, Tuo Yu can't get the hang of throwing a spear, so he takes out the Thunder Spear he just learned how to use. Who could have guessed that when he throws it, it knocks Luffy and Enel right out of their duel in the sky island!

The whole world is shaken!

Whitebeard: "What's going on at Navy Headquarters lately? A powerful skill gets fired off every three days on average!"

Kaido: "The only things that can defeat me are Tuo Yu's True Several Thousand Hands, Hollowfication, and Susanoo!"

Big Mom: "Partial Expansion Technique?! Why weren't you born thirty years earlier!"

Shanks: "One hundred Sea-Slaying Skills? And you expect me to believe you're a mere foot soldier?"

One day, in the Holy Land of Mary Geoise.

When Tuo Yu arrives for an inspection, the Five Elders bow respectfully to him. "Please tell us what else you're dissatisfied with. We can change anything..."
