Seafaring: I'm a Slacker in the Navy, and You Want Me to Be Fleet Admiral?

Do the Marines represent justice?

Do pirates represent freedom and dreams?

Rosen couldn't care less about the answers. With his Spectator System, his greatest pleasure was watching powerful people who thought they shaped the times slaughter one another for their dreams or their version of justice, ending up in a glorious bloodbath.

"By spectating, you picked up a bit of martial arts experience."

"You picked up a bundle of Armament Haki energy."

"You picked up a bundle of Devil Fruit origin energy."

"You picked up a bundle of life energy: one year of lifespan."

The God Valley Incident, the Edd War, the Roger Pirates versus the Whitebeard Pirates, the Golden Lion's assault on Marine Headquarters, the Paramount War...

Rosen was there for every major event!

Before he knew it, Rosen had risen from a low-ranking soldier to an admiral.

After the Paramount War, Sengoku stepped down. Rosen assumed Akainu and Aokiji would fight over the position of Fleet Admiral. Who could have guessed that everyone would try to put him in charge?

Rosen: "I'm just a slacker. You want me to be Fleet Admiral?!"
