Yang Mi Came to Be a Nurse, but Asked Me to Give Her a Shot?

In a parallel world, a reality show featuring famous stars getting hands-on experience is livestreamed. Yang Mi picks nursing as her profession, and on her very first day on the job, she becomes the bedside nurse for Lu Xinghe, a critically ill patient on the verge of death.

After awakening a System that makes him write songs at the cost of his life, Lu Xinghe does whatever it takes to get along with Yang Mi so he can stay alive. He sings for her and helps her write songs.

Yang Mi and Lu Xinghe fall in love over time. The flowers, fruit, breakfasts, and gold bars that Liu Kaiwei, the crazed admirer of the superstar Mi, regularly sends her all end up in Lu Xinghe's hands instead.

When Liu Kaiwei sees on the livestream that the things he sent keep showing up in Lu Xinghe's mouth, hands, and bedside,

then hears Yang Mi say as she ends the broadcast, “I'm going to give Lu Xinghe an injection. I'm done filming for tonight,”

he's left dumbfounded: It's over! Did everything I sent just become their wedding gifts?
