The Entire Navy Is Undercover, and the Five Elders Are Losing It

Rock transmigrates to the world of One Piece and becomes an alchemist.

As long as he understands a substance, he can deconstruct it and then reconstruct it.

To broaden his knowledge, perfect the Gate of Truth, and ultimately become a god,

Rock joins the Navy's Science Unit.

Before the Summit War begins,

he absorbs all of Vegapunk's knowledge and successfully analyzes the entire nature of Devil Fruits.

One Mythical Zoan Nika Devil Fruit after another is fed by Rock to the Pacifistas.

At the Summit War,

Whitebeard stares in bewilderment at the sky full of Pacifistas in Gear Four.

Shanks comes over and asks him to do it as a favor,

but gets beaten up by a bunch of white-haired bears laughing heartily.

The Five Elders, pulling the strings from behind the scenes, see the sky full of Gear Five Pacifistas and decide to kill the donkey once it has finished grinding the millstones.

But just then, Sengoku, Garp, and the three Admirals stand in a row behind Rock, who can turn things into gold, and declare righteously:

“Sorry, but he made us an offer we couldn't refuse!”
