The Founding Emperor: A Commoner Ascends the Throne

After Qin Shi Huang unified the Six States, he failed to govern with benevolence and justice, becoming even more tyrannical. Liu Bang, a commoner, a village pavilion chief from Sishui, and a scoundrel with no prospects, was left with no choice but to join the uprising against the brutal Qin. For some reason, he kept having one romantic encounter after another, surrounded by beautiful women who were as lovely as celestial maidens, yet they gave him no end of headaches. He had hoped to live out his days in quiet obscurity, but through a series of chance events and twists of fate, he became the founding emperor of the Han Dynasty.
