A Hardcase in Another World, and a Secret Agent

Icarus, reborn on another Blue Star, stares in shock at this new world. It has yet to invent the internal combustion engine, with its immense power, or the devastating weapons he knew so well in his previous life. Here there is steam, but not endless steam. This is a world of steam engines. Much like his former world, the power of steam engines has allowed humanity to conquer the skies and seas. Empires with advanced power sources colonize everywhere, while the new and old nobility clash without end. Icarus is born in the world's strongest empire, Inseville. With a Worldline-Changing System, he embarks on a one-way journey to change the world.

Here, there is a whole new World War I, a whole new World War II, and the biggest imperialist turncoat of them all.

Longqing Revolutionary Party: "Mr. Icarus is a good man, a perfect man."

United States of Huahua: "Mr. Icarus belongs in the Constitution."

Queen of Inseville: "Brother Icarus, ahem, Mr. Icarus led Inseville to victory in the World War. What more is there to say?"

Icarus shrugs. This world needs me to change it.
