Great Ming: I Never Wanted to Be Emperor

He transmigrates to the Ming Dynasty and becomes Zhu Yang, the fourteenth son of the Ming emperor.

As one of the nine powerful frontier princes in the early Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yang wants nothing more than to secure the empire's northwestern borders.

When the Northern Yuan invades, Zhu Yang uses himself as bait and wipes out all three hundred thousand of its cavalry.

For the sake of the Ming Dynasty's future economic development, he proposes the policy of "promoting agriculture without suppressing commerce."

To ensure stability within the Ming Dynasty, he voluntarily disbands his princely guard and becomes an idle prince.

Little by little, Zhu Yang realizes that he is somehow drawing closer and closer to the throne.

When he finally takes the throne, Zhu Yang looks utterly bewildered. "I never wanted to be a prince!"
