Gourmet: A Migrant Worker Chef, Starting with Netherworld Skills

Chef Zhong Ye dies unexpectedly, only to transmigrate thirty years into the future and become the head cook at a workers' cafeteria. He awakens a Cooking Happiness Index System.

Always remember: cooking is meant to bring people happiness!

As long as he makes someone happy, he can earn index points to use in a lucky draw!

In an era when traditional cooking and cuisine are in decline, viral foods and foreign dishes have taken over this food-loving nation, and everyone is eating food as bland as wax.

How can he put up with that?

He is full of ambition and wants to bring people happiness through cooking, yet every skill he has is downright bizarre?

Cut costs?! I'm really not a heartless boss!

Smithing? I somehow made a cooking robot?

Farming? I managed to grow wheat and rice in the sea?

And a Dragon-Slaying Saber technique? Who's going to find me a dragon?

Is this really the skill set of a chef? It's way too bizarre!

Listen up: from now on, there will be only one peak in the world's culinary scene.

And that is the cuisine of Yan Hua!

Watch how Zhong Ye puts his bizarre skills to use in perfectly ordinary ways and returns to the pinnacle of world cuisine!
