I Came to Work as a Guard, and You Want Me to Guard the Gate to the Underworld?

Ding Heng applies for a security guard job, but on his first night at work, he ends up at the Gates of Hell and becomes a yang official tasked with guarding them!

By accident, he wins the heart of the King of Hell's own daughter, gets promoted to commander of the Gates of Hell, and binds himself to the Gates!

A demon king with thousands of years of cultivation wreaks havoc in the mortal world. Ding Heng politely advises him to stop causing trouble.

The demon king sneers. "A mere yin official dares speak to me? Get back to the underworld, or I'll kill you with one blow!"

Ding Heng loses his temper, yanks open his shirt to reveal a dragon tattoo stretching over his shoulder, and bellows, "Mighty Heavenly Dragon, World-Honored Ksitigarbha..."

The whole scene changes!

The demon king lets out a shocked curse and gets taken out!

The Eastern Emperor's Secret Realm appears in the mortal world! The innate supreme treasure, the Eastern Emperor Bell, the Demon Emperor's blood essence, an immortal inheritance?

Only then does Ding Heng realize this is the primordial world!

The great calamity of the Three Realms is back? Legendary big shots are appearing one after another? Even sages could perish?

For the sake of his own life, Ding Heng has no choice but to strive to become a sage.

His first step is to find the Great Emperor of Fengdu, who has just emerged from seclusion. "Could you move aside? I'm going to renovate the underworld..."
