Showbiz: I, Lu Dongbin, Am Creating a Legend in Film History

I'm Lü Dongbin. Well... how do I put it? It all happened so suddenly. I had just come out of seclusion when a man excitedly grabbed my hand and told me I had the makings of a superstar.

Then, out of nowhere, I joined the entertainment industry under the stage name Lü Bin and began my acting career.

What's more, the very first role I played after becoming an entertainer was myself: Lü Dongbin, the Patriarch of Pure Yang!

Me, playing myself?

An old Quanzhen priest: "Young man, your portrayal of our sect's patriarch leaves something to be desired, but it's still much better than those who've played him before!"

Lü Bin: "How much do I resemble Lü Dongbin, your sect's patriarch?"

The Quanzhen priest laughed. "Even masters of the Daoist arts in our Quanzhen sect can only capture five tenths of our patriarch's essence. Ordinary people at best manage three. Young man, you've managed four... You should be proud."

Looking at the resolute old priest before him, Lü Bin began to doubt, for the first time, the image of himself that he had left behind in this world...
