Reborn in 1991: I Build an Information Warfare Unit from the Start!

Yang Yun returns to 1991 and becomes a top student who has just finished studying at a military academy in Hans Country.

In 1991, the Gulf War jolts countries around the world awake. Iraq takes the blow on behalf of the entire world, making everyone realize that the massive forces of machinery from the past are no longer enough for modern warfare. High-tech equipment is the new standard, and information warfare is the way of the future!

As reports of the Gulf War spread like wildfire into every household, senior officers in the Dragon Kingdom's military hold a secret meeting and decide to establish the country's first information warfare unit.

With his experience studying at a military academy abroad and help from his System, Yang Yun rises to become commander of this first information warfare unit and builds a force of the Dragon Kingdom's own from scratch.

"The men in the unit are a bunch of old-fashioned soldiers who don't understand information technology? I'll recruit civilian hackers publicly in the unit's name!"

"Our tech equipment can't keep up? Ahem, I've got plenty of blueprints for cutting-edge technology. Go ahead and build whatever you like!"

"What? The Eagle Nation is picking a fight again..."
