High Martial: I Can Tax the Strength of Every Martial Artist in the Country

Lin Yan transmigrates to a parallel world where spiritual qi revival has brought terrifying abyssal monsters, and most humans have awakened as martial artists.

Lin Yan obtains a Tax Collection System that lets him tax the power of all 1.3 billion martial artists in the country.

On the first day of collecting taxes, he goes from an ordinary person with every stat at 2 to a master with every stat at 100,000, becoming the strongest person in all of C City.

By the tenth day of tax collection, no one in the province can stand against him.

By the nth day, Lin Yan can pin even the most vicious abyssal monsters to the ground and pummel them.

"Why does cultivation feel harder and harder lately? Two days of training now feel like one day used to," a certain super martial artist said.

"My talent must be terrible. I need to work harder and grind those masters into the ground," a certain master said.

"Lin Yan cultivates so effortlessly. Why does it get harder the harder I work? It's clearly twice as difficult as before," a great master sighed.
