National Destiny in Space: The Nation Gives Me a Basic Allowance, So I Hand Over a Planet

Civilization is divided into seven levels, but humanity has yet to reach even Level One.

With global resources running dry, the world faces an energy crisis. Then, advanced space battleships capable of faster-than-light travel suddenly appear across the globe, allowing nations to explore space and gather resources. A civilization can advance as long as it obtains enough energy.

Li Feng, a man living on welfare, is lucky enough to be chosen and awakens the Devouring System. Together with Luo Ji and Zhi Zi, he pilots a space battleship to explore the cosmos.

Chosen contestants from every nation set out from the Solar System to explore the stars, and Li Feng of the Dragon Kingdom stands out above all the rest.

While contestants from other nations are still struggling to mine ore, Li Feng has already devoured a planet, sending a massive supply of resources to the Dragon Kingdom.

While other nations are congratulating themselves on obtaining a wealth of resources, the Dragon Kingdom has already planted its flag on all nine planets.

While other nations are proud just to have finally landed on the nine planets, the Dragon Kingdom has already built a Dyson sphere.

Li Feng's achievements make the rest of the world look at him in a new light. Once, a man won an empire with a single bowl. This is the story of a welfare recipient who forged an interstellar civilization.
