Great Qin: An Immortal Herb from the East Sea in Exchange for an Eternal Empire?

Qi Shengtian clearly remembered that while diving near the Three Immortal Mountains in the East Sea, his oxygen tank had run out of air, sending him sinking thousands of meters to the seabed, where he had sadly bid farewell to his young life.

Who could have guessed that after what seemed like a sleep, he would hear the sound of waves lapping nearby through his groggy haze? He slowly opened his eyes and saw a deep blue sky and white clouds. Was this what the immortal realm looked like? When he got to his feet, he found himself lying aboard a huge wooden ship. Soldiers dressed alike in ancient-style uniforms stood all around, and rows of banners fluttered in the wind.

What was going on? As he stood there in confusion, a dark-faced soldier walked over. Helping him up, he shouted toward the cabin, "Lord Xu is awake! Lord Xu is awake!"

A man who looked like a military officer hurried over from the distance. He clasped his hands and said, "Reporting to Lord Xu: we will reach the shore this morning during the Chen hour. Then we will head west, and should be back in Xianyang before long to report to the First Emperor."
