Detective Conan: A Slacker in the Black Organization, Absolutely Neutral

Kamisato Ibuki, code-named Rio in the liquor organization, thinks of himself as a morally ambiguous drifter, but in truth he's absolutely neutral.

As a "drifter," before going undercover with the good guys, Kamisato Ibuki tried to kill Shinichi Kudo three times.

After going undercover with the good guys, he helped Conan keep his identity secret, saved the Miyano sisters, and diligently carried out his duties as a detective.

Of course,

as a member of the liquor organization, Kamisato Ibuki has a few hobbies of his own.

Like stealing the girlfriends of Conan and the other guys with their forgettable faces right in front of them; hitting on the popular idol Yoko Okino; and telling a few married ladies, "You wouldn't want..."
