You Asked Me to Make a Game, and Now the Whole Nation Wants to Join the Military

Ye Yang returns to 2004 and becomes a fourth-year computer science student at the National University of Defense Technology. He takes on a game-development contract from the military recruitment office: create a game promoting military service among college students within six months.

Ye Yang is at a loss. In the early days of the internet, game developers are scarce. How can he make a game all by himself?

Fortunately, his System activates just in time. With its help, he successfully creates a military service simulator that combines the storylines of I Am a Special Force and Soldiers Sortie. It becomes an instant sensation online, inspiring the whole country to enlist!

Netizen A: "If needed, I'll give my life for my country. If it comes to it, I'll save my last bullet for myself. This game's story is so exhilarating, I want to enlist too, and become a special forces soldier!"

Netizen B: "He's clearly a tough guy, yet he looks like a total coward. Gao Cheng is such a lovable character. He made me cry so many times!"

Recruitment Office Director: "I asked you to make a game, and you got the whole country clamoring to enlist?"
