Hello, My Fiancé

“Ladies and gentlemen, our flight will be landing at the international airport in Country Z shortly. Please stow your tray tables and fasten your seat belts!”

A week ago, Xingyue had gone on a trip with a group of friends to a city in Country M, and planned to visit her boyfriend who lived there. She hadn’t told him she was coming. She just wanted to surprise him. But when she arrived, her boyfriend gave her a surprise of his own. No, a shock. She saw him surrounded by women, spending her money and having a good time. She couldn’t bear the humiliation. She had never suffered such humiliation before. When her boyfriend saw her, he started making excuses, saying the women had come after him on their own and clung to him. He was glad Xingyue had shown up so he could get them to leave. Xingyue wasn’t stupid. She told him to get lost along with them. Then came the miserable days after the breakup, filled with drinking and partying. The next day, she was at a hotel when the phone rang and woke her up. The front desk informed her that her family had come to pick her up. The moment she heard they were there, Xingyue immediately packed her things and continued her life on the run.
