I Beat Up a Worm and Got Fired, So I Took Over the UFC

In a parallel world, Liu Ye is a college graduate who is unemployed right out of school.

At the time, Wu Lin Feng's star performer, the dancing monk Yi Chong, is about to compete in a cross-discipline MMA match.

Liu Ye is treated like a low-level mob meant to give someone easy experience, but he beats Yi Chong to a pulp, and brutally at that.

Humiliated and furious, Wu Lin Feng finds an excuse to fire Liu Ye.

But that turns out to be the start of Liu Ye's rise...

GSP: Liu Ye is the only reason I'd ever come out of retirement to fight.

Conor: You can't out-trash-talk him, and you can't beat him. What do you expect people to do?

Fedor: If Tyson changed boxing, then Liu Ye changed MMA.

Cro Cop: My left leg is a demon blade. His right leg is a holy sword!

Dana: Brother, if you're willing to come out of retirement, I'll do anything you ask.
