Luffy's Family's Ice-and-Fire Chef

Chen Yi is transported to Windmill Village in the world of One Piece by an old kitchen knife. After inheriting the God of Cooking's legacy, he discovers that the name of this rusty old knife is actually Dragon Slayer. When he finally finds Luffy, the protagonist of the One Piece world, he discovers that Luffy is still a little brat who spends all day swinging snot around... There's no helping it. He might as well take this gluttonous kid on as his little brother first...
