That Year, the Arms Trade Began with Trading Slippers for an Aircraft Carrier

That year, Lu Ze transmigrated to a parallel world on Blue Star.

In the 1990s, the wave of reform and opening up surged, and people across the Dragon Kingdom flocked to go into business, as the private economy boomed.

What! That year, a dignified state-owned military factory was on the verge of bankruptcy and wanted to switch to making toys.

As a third-generation military man, Lu Ze had barely started his new job when the news nearly made his jaw drop!

Do you really have no idea how profitable the arms business is?

"Hey, Russians! Are you selling your aircraft carrier? I've got a fresh batch of Liberation shoes here, warm, durable, and top quality!"

"Hey, rich oil princes! I've got a fresh batch of Dongfeng-23 medium-range ballistic missiles here. One billion US dollars apiece, after-sales service costs extra! Fair prices, no cheating!"

"What? You want one with a mushroom-shaped warhead? That can be arranged, but we keep the launch authority. A fair price of ten billion US dollars, plus just a tiny bit of your oil fields!"

And you too, my African brothers. Pakistan, you need weapons as well? Instructors too? ... Lu Ze kept going further in the arms business, until he monopolized the entire market...
