Three Kingdoms: After Three Years of Infrastructure, I Became Emperor

At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Liu Bian transmigrates into the body of the six-year-old prince and future Emperor Ling, a foolish ruler. Knowing that an age of chaos is about to begin, he realizes its center will be Luoyang, the Eastern Capital.

"Father, I request permission to go to Chang'an, the Western Capital!"

"Go already! I don't want to see your face!"

After arriving in Chang'an, Liu Bian resolves to invest heavily in infrastructure!

"How I wish for ten thousand spacious mansions, to shelter all the poor scholars of the world and bring joy to their faces." Liu Bian gives displaced commoners land to till, shaking the realm.

When foreign enemies invade the Han, Liu Bian declares, "Dignity is found only in the saddle, and truth only within the range of a rain of arrows." He resolves to raise a mighty army and forge elite troops capable of sweeping across the realm!

One recruitment decree brings a steady stream of renowned ministers and fierce generals to his side!

In Luoyang, Emperor Ling asks while riding a donkey, "That rebellious son has been in Chang'an for three years. How is he doing now?"

A minister replies, "Your Majesty, today is the day Prince Bian ascends the throne!"

Emperor Ling is stunned. "What? I've become the Retired Emperor?"
