The Empire’s Financial Guardian, Yet He Teaches at a University

A young teacher at a finance university in the Dragon Kingdom had just finished class when he received a call.

"The Finance Minister."

"That guy's calling again. Who knows what he wants this time? He still hasn't unfrozen my funds. What a pain."

The young teacher muttered to himself.

"Heh heh heh, is this the stock market god? I'm Murong Tian. I've got some top-secret news for you. According to reliable information from our agents operating overseas, foreign forces are preparing to hammer our country's stock market and wreck our economy. You absolutely must stop them!!!"

"Got it. No big deal. By the way, can you unfreeze my funds sooner? I need the money."

"Heh heh, Stock God, don't you still get fifty thousand in pocket money every month!!! I'll do it as soon as I can, as soon as I can. According to our agreement, there's still a month to go!!!"

"You!!! If I help you take care of this, I want you to unfreeze my money two weeks early."

"Deal."
