Back to Field: My Daughter Says She Grew Up on a Turtle’s Back

Season 6 of Mushroom House began filming on a small island in southern China.

Just as everyone was captivated by the island's scenery,

they noticed another island not far away.

When they learned that only a seven- or eight-year-old girl lived on it,

everyone cursed the girl's father.

How could he leave such a young child to live alone on an island? He was unfit to be a father.

However, after the girl invited them over several times,

they set foot on the island and discovered all kinds of fantastical creatures.

The girl told them that the island beneath their feet was the transformed body of the divine beast Xuanwu.

The red spirit bird in the garden was actually the divine beast Phoenix.

The big white one who was always by the girl's side was the divine beast White Tiger.

Even the giant python living in the water was a green wyrm on the verge of becoming a dragon.

Everyone was left completely bewildered...
