My Female Roommate Thinks I'm a Serial Killer

Chen Hairi transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a mystery novelist.

But because he looks so much like the deranged serial killer who has been on a crime spree lately, the police begin watching him.

With no evidence, however, they can't arrest Chen Hairi.

As it happens, Chen Hairi posts a room-for-rent ad looking for a roommate, so Huang Xiaotao, a bold and fiery policewoman, volunteers to go undercover in his home.

To make Chen Hairi reveal his "beastly nature," Huang Xiaotao tries every trick she can think of.

She leaves the bathroom door open while showering, leaves the bedroom door open while sleeping, asks him to go bar-hopping, and dresses provocatively to tempt him...

But Chen Hairi remains utterly unmoved, like a block of wood.

Huang Xiaotao: "Stop pretending! You're the murderer!"

Chen Hairi: "???"

Huang Xiaotao: "You said you were going to kill me that night!"

Chen Hairi: "I was playing a video game that night!"

Huang Xiaotao: "..."
