With the Long Spear in Hand

After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Nian Zifeng leads his soldiers to the battlefield. The soldiers were farmers planting crops in the fields one day, then forced to fight the next. This is the kind of unit that, after nearly being wiped out in the crucible of blood and fire, becomes an ironclad force. After victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan, they fight the Kuomintang in the War of Liberation, take part in campaigns to suppress bandits, and experience the work of building the nation.
