National Fate: Playing Sun Wukong, with Zixia Fairy as My Teammate

During the Ming Dynasty, nations across the world wage constant wars, and forbidden realms open across the heavens. Five contestants are chosen at random from each nation to enter. Each contestant is bound to their country: when one prospers, both prosper, and when one suffers, both suffer!

The five Ming contestants are Prince of Yan Zhu Di, founding general Xu Da, the brilliant Mu Ying, and Chen Feng, who is being hugged tightly by Zixia!

When these five appear inside the forbidden realm, the Ming people, who had been excited moments ago, are instantly thrown into an uproar.

“What the hell is this? A monkey! And a frail woman!!”

“What does it even mean to send this whole monkey in there!!”

“And that woman? She looks so weak she can barely stand. She's going to drag the Ming down!”

“Damn it! The divine oracle is rigged too!”

“Unfair!”

“The Ming's national fortunes are doomed!”

But as the five contestants venture deeper into the forbidden realm, people gradually discover that Fairy Zixia has the body of an immortal, Zhu Di obtains a divine weapon, the Buddhist monk's staff, Xu Da wields the divine nine-toothed rake, and Mu Ying carries the Demon-Subduing Staff!

The most terrifying of all is that monkey swinging a staff...
