Building the Strongest Navy Branch in a New World

The Navy's 170th Branch in the New World is easily the strangest base in the history of the Navy.

Its warships are nuclear-powered aircraft carriers, the likes of which even Navy Headquarters doesn't have.

The marines wield laser guns and Gatling guns, while Apache helicopters fly overhead.

The base's buildings look exactly like those at Navy Headquarters, but there are five of them.

This mere branch has a navy of two hundred thousand men.

Its boss, Kane, is only a Navy lieutenant commander, yet he has a **force of admiral-level fighters willing to fight for him.

The Summit War is about to begin, and the pirates are too brutal. Marshal Sengoku calls the 170th Branch to beg for help!

Akainu: "This is humiliating! Headquarters is actually asking a branch for help!"

Kizaru: "The 170th Branch is plotting to usurp the throne. Even their motto is different from ours: 'By Heaven's Mandate, may the dynasty endure forever!'"

Sengoku: "I am stunned!"
