High School Graduation Ceremony: The Military Snatches Me Up and Grants Me a Rank Early!

At the graduation ceremony.

Everyone is waiting for the appearance of Song Yiyi, the goddess and top scorer.

But the one who shows up is Qin Fan, the delinquent boy everyone knows.

Just as everyone is utterly confused,

a group of soldiers walks onto the stage.

They are carrying a plaque honoring a First-Class Merit recipient.

Then a major general steps forward and speaks:

"Comrade Qin Fan, for your immense contributions to our military, you are hereby promoted to major and awarded a First-Class Merit plaque..."

Seeing the grand scene onstage,

the whole crowd erupts!

Below the stage,

this year's top scorer, Song Yiyi, points at Qin Fan as he receives his promotion and says to her teacher,

"Teacher, I've already prepared my speech, and you're telling me you're replacing me at the last minute?!"

"Yiyi, there are top scorers every year, but a First-Class Merit award from the military is something else!"

"How about this? Just bear with it a little and take the stage to speak after Qin Fan is done."
