Esoteric Sect: The True Birthday Feast

The tides surge upward, flooding lakes and seas, swallowing the stars and rivers.

As the mad squander their stolen cash,

As ghouls wail in a dilapidated warehouse,

As we dance wildly in streets thick with poison,

The lucky ones,

The gods lie buried beneath the wasteland...

The woodlands grow beyond the walls of Mansus. Anyone who studies history knows:

Mansus has no walls.

Now that the supernatural has become commonplace, the only path forward is through the fog, to embrace the knowledge of the Old Gods. We must study forbidden knowledge and unearth our own potential. Only then can we survive, only then can we rule everything!

Face the risks. Forge ahead with resolve.

Though... we should not sail too far upon the River of the Dead.
