In Review: The Flower Monk Isn’t Always a Womanizer

Jiang Chen transmigrates into the body of a TV show host.

Once a hit, the program A Rundown of Film and Television has seen its ratings plummet because its content has grown stale and dull.

Faced with the station director's expectations and his beautiful co-host's mockery, Jiang Chen shoulders the burden under immense pressure.

"Ding! Congratulations, Host, you've obtained the God-Tier Video Generator!"

"The Host provides the elements, and the System automatically generates creative videos."

How amazing is that?

What kind of creative video would the System produce if he fed it Water Margin and Wong Kar-wai?

"My name is Lu Da."

"I'm a hot-tempered military officer."

"Many years later, I got a nickname: the Flowery Monk."

"The flower was to remember someone."

"Becoming a monk was to forget someone."

"You might think these two things contradict each other."

"But whose life isn't full of contradictions and confusion?"

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual people or events is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
