Pokemon: Gym Trial, Caterpie Evolves into Rayquaza

This is a world of Pokemon.

Lin Yan was reborn as the Gym Leader of Icefield City. In half a month, he would face the Pokémon League's Gym Leader qualification test.

He was worrying about having no Pokemon,

when he discovered that his golden finger, the Evolution Talent, had been reborn with him.

The Evolution Talent allows Pokemon to break their limits and evolve at incredible speed.

And so the Caterpie Lin Yan adopted could become Rayquaza.

The flamingo he raised could become Ho-Oh.

The Carbink he found could become Diancie.

One after another, ordinary Pokemon in Lin Yan's hands became exceedingly rare legendary Pokemon.

On the day of the Gym Leader test,

with every Gym Leader in the city watching, Lin Yan walked onto the stage with a Caterpie.

As a storm of doubt rained down on the Caterpie,

it soared into the sky and transformed into Rayquaza, the legendary king of the skies, hovering above the clouds.

One Dragon Ascent shook the world!
