Journey to the West: Inheriting the Sword God’s Legacy, I Seal Heaven’s Gate with One Sword from the Start

Mu Chunfeng transmigrated to the Journey to the West world, activated the Great Dao Editing System, and obtained the Sword God inheritance from the start. He also married Princess Changle of the Tang Empire.

As schemes by the Buddhist sect and the Celestial Court threatened to affect the Tang Empire, Mu Chunfeng, the Tang Empire's royal son-in-law, stepped forward.

Emperor Li Er of Tang: “The Western Pure Land has the Three Baskets of Buddhist Scriptures, which can keep people from entering hell or falling into the cycle of reincarnation. Why not go and retrieve them?”

Mu Chunfeng: “If such scriptures really existed, why don't you ask the Bodhisattvas whether the people of the Western Ox Continent die, go to hell, or enter the cycle of reincarnation? The Buddhist sect simply wants to use your fortune as the Human Emperor to scheme against the Chan Sect and the remnants of the demon race, while spreading its teachings among humanity.”

Emperor Li Er of Tang: “Then what do we do? We can't fight the immortals, gods, and Bodhisattvas!”

Mu Chunfeng narrowed his eyes and spoke softly: “One Sword Makes Immortals Kneel!”

When all the gods and Buddhas in the heavens gathered above Chang'an City to force the Tang Emperor to retrieve the scriptures, Mu Chunfeng stood against them all by himself.
