Alien Invasion from the Start, Crushed by the Chaoyang Crowd

Have you ever wondered if humanity's tech tree is crooked? Space technology has stalled at the solar system, while every other field of technology is among the best in the universe.

The principles behind hyperspace technology are incredibly simple. Even a Stone Age civilization might manage to build a beat-up, busted hyperspace ship, yet humanity somehow managed to avoid every correct answer.

And so, faster-than-light travel began. They took bows and spears and bullied weak planets still stuck in the Stone Age.

Meanwhile, on a blue planet in a distant solar system, the human population was booming and resources were running low, just as they received their very first mystery-box delivery.

The Solans, who had conquered over ten planets, arrived with their most powerful weapon... a matchlock!

From that moment on, eight billion humans came to their senses and ventured beyond Earth..

The history of the universe, written billions of years later, would tell of the devils imprisoned by the gods in a blue hell. The foolish Solans had set them free, and the flames of war spread across the entire universe!
