I, a Mortal, Oversee the Demon Sect!

Jiang Fan transmigrates to a world of cultivation, bringing along an utterly ordinary golden finger.

It seems pretty useless, teaching him only to grow flowers and plants, practice boxing and sword dances, recite poetry and paint, and practice calligraphy and sketching. It doesn't mention cultivation at all.

Over three years, Jiang Fan masters these skills. In his second year, he also meets an old cultivator.

One day, just as the old man is undergoing tribulation, he suddenly suffers a cultivation deviation.

"Senior... This junior is the sect master of the Demon Sect. Please take charge of the sect!"

"The righteous path is hypocritical, and evil reigns everywhere. Our Demon Sect is the one true orthodox sect!"

"Huh? I'm just an ordinary mortal. How am I supposed to take charge of a sect?"

"Don't worry, Senior. Everyone in the Demon Sect is an ordinary mortal. You can easily take charge!"

"Hmm?"
