When the Sun Rises in the West

An inexplicable car accident completely changes Chen Fei's life. The sun can rise in the west, but life offers no second chance. Was surviving this disaster part of a conspiracy, or was it fate? He swears to shatter heaven and earth and take control of his own destiny!

Chen Fei saw these words written above: "This book is for a fellow townsman with whom fate has brought me together. If you can't understand it, that's your problem! I am Lü Dongbin, a true immortal from beyond the heavens!

In the second year of the Tianshou era, I was forty-six. I set off for Chang'an to take the imperial examination. On the way, I stopped at a tavern and thought of how my life had gone to waste. Tears streamed down my face. I called over the waiter and drank heavily until the moon rose. Then a fierce wind sprang up, the heavens and earth spun, and sand blinded my eyes. I was nearly asleep when the wind suddenly stopped, and I found myself in this damned world!" Patriarch Lü really is a man after my own heart!
