Livestream: Is Calling Qianlong Cabbage a Cold Dish Really Being Picky?

Show editor Ma Ming creates the live program Speak Your Mind.

The show's debut is hosted by Zhou Jie, and its first topic is "Is Beijing a wasteland when it comes to food?"

"Qianlong cabbage is a cold dish, right?" the guest says doubtfully.

Zhou Jie finally can't take it anymore. "Ah... Teacher Xiaogang, why do you challenge and contradict everything I say?"

The guest immediately raises his voice and shouts, "So saying Qianlong cabbage is a cold dish is contradicting you now?!"

"Yes! Let everyone judge. Isn't that exactly what you're doing? Why do you have to challenge everything people say?"

"So saying Qianlong cabbage is a cold dish is contradicting you?!"

"Yes!"

"Then am I supposed to say it's a hot dish?!"

"That's not the point. The point is that you're being argumentative."

"I'm not giving an opinion! I'm stating a fact! How am I being argumentative?!"

"Fine. Whatever you say is right."

With a bang, he slams the door and leaves.
