1. When uploading a new book, it is recommended that the initial release be at least 6,000 words, ideally spread across four chapters, with each chapter containing at least 1,500 words. After successfully publishing the work, consider posting one more chapter to maximize its exposure as a new release. If posting after 7 p.m., contact your editor first!
2. Once a new book reaches 20,000 words, you must upload a cover, or its exposure rate will be affected.
3. Consistently updating with over 4,000 words a day is one of the key factors in maintaining your ranking. The more words you update each day, the higher your ranking will be, and your exposure will increase accordingly.
4. If your ranking fluctuates today because yesterday's update was under 4,000 words, updating at least 4,000 words today will restore it by the following day!
5. New books between 6,000 and 220,000 words are protected in the update rankings!
6. Update times are based on the server's System time, which may differ from your local time. Your local System time is not a reliable reference!
