Mastering Dust Release, Clashing with the Buddha Form at the Holy Land

Rhein transmigrates into the world of One Piece and becomes a slave in the Holy Land at the same time as the Pirate Empress, Boa Hancock.

When the slaves revolt, CP0 captures him before he can escape.

Rhein awakens the Strongest Ninja Taijutsu System, learns both forms of Haki, and develops wind, fire, and earth chakra natures.

In 1519, Rhein combines advanced Armament Haki, taijutsu, and wind, fire, and earth chakra natures to develop the ninja technique Dust Release. He kills a Celestial Dragon, takes revenge on CP0, and battles Sengoku the Buddha, becoming the leader of a new slave movement.

At the Paramount War, Rhein appears and begins broadcasting the public execution of the Celestial Dragons to the entire world.

Kizaru: "So this is Dust Release? It can actually split light apart."

Akainu: "The world's most evil man has slain a dragon. Even if it costs the entire Navy, we must kill him."

Sengoku: "Will this man, who has slaughtered countless Celestial Dragons, destroy the world?"

The Five Elders: "The Dragon Slayer must not be allowed to escape. Go to the Flower Capital and summon Lord Imu at once."

Imu: "A mere mortal. In the name of God, I will destroy you..."
