My Name Is Xu Xian

"Good sir, this old monk has read your fortune. Your wife is probably a serpent."

Xu Xian looked at the bald monk before him and smiled knowingly.

"Well... well... If you don't believe me, good sir, I can give you a packet of medicinal powder. On the Dragon Boat Festival, two days from now, mix it into some realgar wine, and your wife will surely reveal her true form."

"I believe you. But I'm not interested in the powder right now. That kasaya of yours looks nice. Could I borrow it for a couple of days?" As he spoke, Xu Xian drew a five-foot blade from its sheath and held it to Fahai's neck.

After some friendly negotiations, Fahai took off his kasaya and agreed to lend it to Xu Xian. Xu Xian lowered his blade and watched Fahai leave... This kasaya is pretty nice. I'll take it to Tang Sanzang. I wonder if some Black Bear Demon will want it later. Wait, I think I've got my shows mixed up...
