Three Thousand Witch Apprentices from the Start: Building a Wizarding Empire

Luo Xiu transmigrates to the Holy Spirit Continent and becomes king of three thousand magic witches. He has a stunning witch as his fiancee, and every member of his people is a beautiful witch!

However...

In this world, people hate witches with a passion. For five hundred years, witches have been slaughtered. Faced with the campaigns and killings of human kingdoms, as well as the oppression and persecution of other races, Luo Xiu, with only three thousand magic witches at his command, feels the pressure mounting!

Fortunately, he activates the Empire System. With enough energy points, he can exchange them for all kinds of rewards!

At first, Luo Xiu only wants to govern diligently, improve life for the witch girls, and enjoy a carefree, intimate life with them.

But who could have guessed that centuries later, the witches, once so weak that they were on the verge of extinction, would establish a Witch Empire that rules the Holy Spirit Continent, while Luo Xiu is revered as a peerless Witch God!

Dragons? Angels? Humans? Demons? Elves?
