The Time Bank: Using Time to Buy Time

“Boss, I’d like a computer for an all-nighter!”

“Sure. That’ll be ten hours of payment in total!”

“Boss, do you have a room? I’d like to book a king-size room.”

“Sure. That’ll be eight hours of payment in total!”

“Your father’s sick. You need to pay thirty years’ worth of time!”

“Doctor, wait for me! I’ll borrow thirty years from the Time Bank and be right back!”

“I’m out of time. What should I do?”

“Easy. Borrow time from the World Bank, using the time left in your life as collateral!”
