I Boarded Smoker's Ship from the Start

Luo Tian transmigrates to the world of One Piece and becomes a subordinate of the Smoky Smoker.

Smoker teaches Luo Tian hand-to-hand combat, while Tashigi teaches him swordsmanship.

A few days later, the Smoky Man stares at the black Haki on Luo Tian's arm, lost in thought. Luo Tian, how about you teach me Haki instead?

Tashigi watches Luo Tian unleash a gigantic sword wave and is utterly stunned. Luo Tian, how about you teach me swordsmanship instead?

Kaido: You expect me to believe this is a Marine lieutenant commander?

Shanks: Luo Tian, do me a favor.

Kizaru: Oooh, young people these days are so scary.

At Marineford, Red * watches the Marine lieutenant commander who "just happens" to pass by and "just happens" to block his killing blow, and wonders: Since when are lieutenant commanders this strong?
