Making Chinese Characters Intangible Cultural Heritage? I Set the Record Straight from the Start!

Qin Lie transmigrated to a parallel world with a gap in its historical record.

For some reason, the history of Huaxia civilization here had been lost in part.

A certain thieving country was frantically applying to have Huaxia culture, whose origins were now impossible to verify, recognized as its own intangible cultural heritage!

Were they even trying to claim Chinese characters as their own?

How could anyone put up with that!

Qin Lie immediately decided to set the record straight about Chinese characters. There was no way he would let that thieving country get away with it!

A country that didn't even use Chinese characters as its everyday writing system had the nerve to claim them as its own. How shameless could they be?

So he posted an update right away.

"Chinese character culture has deep roots in Huaxia. It has flourished on this land for thousands of years, yet a certain thieving country now steals our culture and passes it off as its own. Truly shameless!"

"There are plenty of shameless people in this world, but that thieving country is surely the worst of them all!"

"They claim a history of a hundred thousand years, yet have never had any cultural heritage to support that claim. Every part of the culture they promote is stolen from the wisdom of our ancestors!"

"That country has applied to have so many things recognized as its cultural heritage. This trick of stealing right under everyone's noses is the only original culture you have, isn't it?"
