Seafaring: Creating the Neo Marines with Zephyr from the Start

Luo Ze transmigrates into the world of pirates.

After witnessing the evils brought by pirates, he decides to create a world without them.

He then joins forces with Zephyr to establish the Neo Marines and awakens the Marine System.

He knows full well that Zephyr will die at the hands of an admiral one year after the Summit War.

So he works hard to strengthen the Neo Marines.

A few months later, when the Four Emperors and Marine Headquarters finally take notice of them, they are utterly stunned.

Sengoku: "If I'd known things would turn out like this, I should've sent all three admirals to bring Luo Ze back!"

Whitebeard: "In just a few months, the Neo Marines have become even stronger than Marine Headquarters!!"

Charlotte Linlin: "Luo Ze is way too strong! I want to have his babies!!"

Kizaru: "What do you mean, the three Marine admirals? Call me a Neo Admiral!"

Monkey D. Dragon: "I'm going to join forces with the Neo Marines and overthrow the Celestial Dragons!"
