I Create Weirdness

Everyone has basically heard of weird legends, large and small, and they don't believe in the weirdness in the legends, but they are afraid of them. When these weirdnesses are real, how do we choose? This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
